Western Ave.) <br />Upon a motion by Ms. King, seconded by <br />Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission authorized publication of the <br />Notice of Intended Disposition of Property <br />with publication dates of June 24 and July 1, <br />2011 and receipt of bids at 10:00 a.m., <br />July 12, 2011. (502 W. Western Ave.) <br />D. Airport Economic Development Area <br />(2) Resolution No. 2883 related to acquisition <br />of property in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area (1518 S. Chapin St.) <br />Mr. Relos noted that 1513 Chapin, 1518 <br />Chapin and 1518 Scott Street were all added <br />to the Airport Economic Development Area <br />Acquisition List by Resolution No. 2668 on <br />May 21, 2010. 1518 S. Chapin St. is a two <br />story, three bedroom single family residence. <br />Resolution No. 2883 sets the acquisition <br />value of the property at $25,000, the average <br />value as determined by two independent <br />appraisals.
