Personnel and Finance Committee 2006 South Bend Connmon Council The November 27, 2006 meeting of the Personnel and Finance Committee of the South Bend Common Council was called to order by its Chairperson, Council Member Charlotte D. Pfeifer at 5:10 p.m. in the Council's Informal Meeting Room. Persons in attendance included Council Members Pfeifer, Kelly, Varner, Kuspa, Kirsits, Rouse, White, Dieter and Puzzello; Citizen Member Martha Lewis, City Clerk John Voorde, Community and Economic Development Director Sharon Kendall, Mrs. Kopola, Jamie Lao of the 5oufh Bend Tribune and Kathleen Cekanski-1=arrand, Council Attorney. Bill No. 65-06 Appropriation from Fund_# 377 College Football Hall of Fame Bill No. 85-06 T Transfer of Monies from Various Accounts Bill No, 86=06 A ro riation of Monies from Various Accounts Council Member Pfeifer noted that the Council has received a letter dated November 22, 2006 from City Controller M. Catherine Fanello requesting that Bill Nos. 65-06, $5- 06 and 86-06 be continued until the December 11th Common Council meeting (copy attached}. Council Member White made a motion, seconded by Council Member Kuspa that Bill Nos. 65-06, $5-06 and $6-06 be continued until the December 11, 2006 at the request of the City Controller. The motion passed.
