Michigan Street, representing Citizens for Community Values and <br />Sergio Co. <br />Mangan describes his position as boring opposition to the homo agenda. He states the <br />homosexual lifestyle is a chosen one with serious public health consequences. He <br />claimed the recognition of a new protected class to be misguided, unconstitutional, and <br />unenforceable. He states the courts to date only recognize protected classes as those <br />having some immutable characteristic i.e. race, ethnicity. Homos, he says, choose their <br />distinction. He maintained the creation of a transgender class would chill economic <br />development.
