Users desiring to o dispute such fines must file a written request for the <br />Director to reconsider the fine along with full payment of the fine amount <br />within ten (10) days of being notified of the fine. Where a request has <br />merit, the Director may convene a hearing on the matter. In the event the <br />User's appeal is successful, the payment shall be returned to the User. The <br />Director mgy add the costs of Rreparing administrative enforcement <br />actions such as notices and orders to the fine. <br />Q Issuance of an administrative fine shall not be a bar against- or a <br />prerequisite for taking any other action against the User. <br />Director Reconsideration and User Administrative 4pj2ea ls <br />M Actions Subject to Director Reconsideration and /or Board of Works. <br />Appeal.Any_User aggrieved by a final action delegated to the Director <br />under: <br />La) Section 17- 10La)(2) requiring a User to restrict the volume <br />or point of discharge; <br />h) Section 17- 10(x)(3) requiring a User to install a storage or <br />flow - control facility; <br />Lcl Section 17- 10(a)(2) denying a permit transfer; or <br />Q Section 17 -10 n 4 revo king a permit. <br />(e) This Section 17 -11, subsection (al, issuing any authorized <br />Administrative Enforcement Reined . <br />mgy re nest reconsideration by the Director within fifteen 15 <br />days of such Director action, and the Director_ shall have thirty_(30) <br />clays from receipt of request to make a decision related to <br />reconsideration.
