(g) Window Signs must not exceed twenty-five percent (25%) <br /> of the total store front window area of the tenant space on <br /> which the sign is located. <br /> (h) Menu Box Wall Signs must not exceed six (6) square feet. <br /> (v) Multi-family residential uses, when located in a mixed-use <br /> building, must be permitted signs as an individual commercial <br /> tenant and must be permitted building identification signs, as <br /> regulated in sub-Sections (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv) above, in proximity <br /> to each grade level entrance into the multi-family residential <br /> portion of a building. This provision must not be construed to <br /> allow building identification signs for each individual dwelling <br /> unit, but rather to allow signs for the entirety of the dwelling units <br /> located within such mixed-use building. <br /> (vi) Individual Commercial Use or Multi-family Residential Use <br /> Identification Signs not specified above are regulated by Section 21- <br /> 07.03 (e) (2) and Section 21-07.03 (e) (4) of the Sign Regulations <br /> for On-Premise Signs: MU & CBD Districts. <br /> (3) Incidental Signs <br /> Incidental Signs are permitted in compliance with the regulations for incidental <br /> signs set forth in Section 21-07.03 (e) (3) On-Premise Signs: MU & CBD <br /> Districts of this SBZO. <br /> (4) Directional/Promotional Signs. <br /> (A) Arcus Advertising Kiosks <br /> (i) Kiosks may be located within the public right-of-way. <br /> (iii) Kiosks may contain up to four (4) sides. <br /> (iii) The maximum sign surface area of a kiosk must not exceed <br /> twenty-four (24) square feet per side. <br /> (B) Pole Mounted Wayfinding Signs <br /> (i) Pole-Mounted Wayfinding Signs must be located within the <br /> sidewalk area of the public right-of-way. <br /> (ii) The Maximum Sign Surface Area of a Pole-Mounted Wayfinding <br /> Sign must not exceed sixteen. (16) square feet per side of each pole. <br /> (iii) Minimum Height Above Grade <br /> 44 <br />
