Grant Street <br />1128 Bissell Street <br />REMARKS: All criteria has been met <br />APPROVE CONSENTS TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO <br />REMONSTRATE <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of the following Consent to Annexation and Waiver <br />of Right to Remonstrate. The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap into <br />public water/sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide water/sanitary sewer service to the <br />below referenced property, the applicant waives and releases any and all rights to remonstrate <br />against or oppose any pending or future annexations of the property by the City of South Bend: <br />A. Miller Family Irrevocable Trust, Malcom J. Tuesley Trustee, 806 Greenpine <br />Court, Mishawaka, IN, 46545 <br />1. 52694 East Trail — Water/Sewer (Key No.021-1036-059314) <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Ms. Dorau and carried, the Consent to Annexation <br />and Waiver of Right to Remonstrate was approved as submitted. <br />APPROVE SUBDIVISION MAINTENANCE BOND — LAUREL CREEK SUBDIVISION <br />SECTION 4 <br />Mr. Toy Villa, Division of Engineering, submitted the following Maintenance Bond in lieu of an <br />Irrevocable Letter of Credit to the Board and recommended approval: <br />BOND NO.: 601134747 <br />ISSUED BY: OHIO CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY <br />FOR: LAUREL CREEK SUBDIVISION, SECTION 4 <br />AMOUNT: $8,412.50 <br />EXPIRES: MAY 16, 2021 <br />IMPROVEMENT: SANITARY SEWER AND WATER <br />Ms. Maradik made a motion that the bond, as outlined above, be approved. Ms. Dorau seconded <br />the motion, which carried. <br />
