Execute Contract. <br />2. Execute Performance/Payment/Maintenance Bonds. <br />1 Execute Insurance Certificate, <br />4. Attend preconstruction Meeting, if required. <br />5. Submit project schedule meeting completion date. <br />G. Perform all site work. Site crew will consist of (2) two qualified factory traing set -vice technicians. <br />7. Execute close-out forms. <br />The bid specifications covers the rehabilitation of an exisitng belt filter press. There is no construction work being <br />performed resulting in no subcontract work required on this project. To meet the requirements of the specifications, <br />requires providing OEM parts and qualified service technicians to perform the site rehabilitation work. To ensure <br />proper operations of the belt filter press, the OEM parts and services can only be performed or supplied by the <br />OEM. Alfa Laval has document our Good Faith Efforts showing our attempled to source parts from local <br />MBE/WBE's. Alfa Laval will attempt to utilize a minority trucking company for transporting parts to and from <br />the jobsite. <br />We wish to thank you for the opportunity of offering our Bid Package.
