REGULAR MEETING APRIL 10, 2018 111 <br />APPROVE CONSENT TO ANNEXATION AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS TO <br />REMONSTRATE — 53217 SUMMER BREEZE DRIVE — SEWER/WATER <br />Mr. Gilot stated that the Board is in receipt of a Consent to Annexation and Waiver of Right to <br />Remonstrate as submitted by Century Builders, LLC, 314 W. Catalpa Drive, Suite F, <br />Mishawaka, IN 46545. The Consent indicates that in consideration for permission to tap into <br />public water/sanitary sewer system of the City, to provide water/sanitary sewer service to the <br />above referenced property at 53217 Summer Breeze Drive (Key No. 002-1020-045044), the <br />applicant waive(s) and release(s) any and all right to remonstrate against or oppose any pending <br />or future annexation of the property by the City of South Bend. Therefore, Ms. Maradik made a <br />motion that the Consent be approved. Ms. Fritzberg seconded the motion, which carried.
