TIMING AND MILESTONES <br />The work shall commence on or around February 15`x', 2011 with expected completion by <br />August 3l s`, 2011 comprising approximately six months of elapsed time. A detailed Project Plan <br />will be delivered by March 15`'', 2011 and will include a timeline for other deliverables as agreed <br />upon by Graham Allen Partners and the City of South Bend's Division of Economic <br />Development. <br />Milestones Timeline <br />Detailed Project Plan March 15, 2011 <br />Draft Completion of Feasibility Study April 30, 201 1 <br />Completion of Feasibility Study May 30, 20l 1 <br />Presentation of Feasibility Study Summary Report to <br />Redevelopment Commission June 14, 2011 <br />Draft Completion of Strategic Plan July 31, 2011 <br />Completion of Strategic Plan August 31, 201 1 <br />ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TIME AND RESOURCES <br />Graham Allen Partners seeks the support of the City of South Bend's Division of Economic <br />Development in the following areas: <br />• Graham Allen Partners requests that the City of South Bend's Division of Economic Development <br />designate a representative who will have overall responsibility and authority for driving all key <br />project decisions, signing off on key deliverables, facilitating communication between the Division of <br />Economic Development and Graham Allen Partners as needed, and for securing City resources. <br />• Graham Allen Partners requests access to all relevant reports conducted over the past five years by <br />the City of South Bend's Division of Economic Development. <br />GRAHAM ALLEN PARTNERS' RESOURCES <br />Tracy Graham will be the Partner Lead for the Feasibility Study and the Strategic Plan. In <br />addition, the Graham Allen Partners' project team will be comprised of high-level professionals <br />including: consultants, industry analysts, content area specialists, and support staff. <br />Collectively, the key project professionals possess extensive experience in the fields of <br />entrepreneurship, project management, strategic planning, technology, research, and technology <br />park management. In addition, each has an in-depth knowledge of the South Bend community <br />and relationships with community stakeholders. This knowledge is paired with a genuine <br />commitment to be a part of South Bend's growth and an excitement over the possibilities <br />presented by Ignition Park.
