TIMING AND MILESTONES The work shall commence on or around February 15`x', 2011 with expected completion by August 3l s`, 2011 comprising approximately six months of elapsed time. Milestones Timeline Detailed Project Plan March 15, 2011 Draft Completion of Feasibility Study April 30, 201 1 Completion of Feasibility Study May 30, 20l 1 Presentation of Feasibility Study Summary Report to Redevelopment Commission June 14, 2011 Draft Completion of Strategic Plan July 31, 2011 Completion of Strategic Plan August 31, 201 1 ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TIME AND RESOURCES Graham Allen Partners seeks the support of the City of South Bend's Division of Economic Development in the following areas: • Graham Allen Partners requests that the City of South Bend's Division of Economic Development designate a representative who will have overall responsibility and authority for driving all key project decisions, signing off on key deliverables, facilitating communication between the Division of Economic Development and Graham Allen Partners as needed, and for securing City resources. • Graham Allen Partners requests access to all relevant reports conducted over the past five years by the City of South Bend's Division of Economic Development. GRAHAM ALLEN PARTNERS' RESOURCES Tracy Graham will be the Partner Lead for the Feasibility Study and the Strategic Plan. In addition, the Graham Allen Partners' project team will be comprised of high-level professionals including: consultants, industry analysts, content area specialists, and support staff. Collectively, the key project professionals possess extensive experience in the fields of entrepreneurship, project management, strategic planning, technology, research, and technology park management. In addition, each has an in-depth knowledge of the South Bend community and relationships with community stakeholders. This knowledge is paired with a genuine commitment to be a part of South Bend's growth and an excitement over the possibilities presented by Ignition Park.
