SPECIAL MEETING NOVEMBER 30, 2010 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING RECONVENED <br />Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend reconvened in the <br />Council Chambers on the fourth floor of the County-City Building at 10:14 p.m. <br />President Derek Dieter presided with nine (9) members present. <br /> <br /> <br />BILLS – THIRD READING <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 10057-10 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL <br /> OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, <br /> APPROVING OF THE ISSUANCE OF <br /> REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT REVENUE <br /> BONDS EXPECTED TO BE ISSUED FOR AND <br /> ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, <br /> INDIANA, REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT AND <br /> PLEDGING CERTAIN REVENUES FOR THE <br /> PAYMENT OF THE PRINCIPAL OF AND <br /> INTEREST ON SUCH BONDS (STANLEY <br /> COVELESKI STADIUM <br /> <br />This bill had third reading.
