South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Rescheduled Regular Meeting November 2, 2010 <br />The owner accepted the offers as presented, <br />but relocation costs were needed: $30,000 for <br />1503 Prairie and $5,000 for 1505 Prairie. <br />Upon closing on the properties, demolition <br />and site preparation plans will be prepared <br />and the site will be cleaned and cleared. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by COMMISSION APPROVED THE RELOCATION <br />Ms. King and unanimously carried, the EXPENSES FOR 1503 AND 1505 PRAIRIE FOR A <br />Commission approved the relocation TOTAL OF $35,000 <br />expenses for 1503 and 1505 Prairie for a total <br />of $35,000. <br />(11) Confidential Settlement Agreement and <br />Release with Affiliated FM Insurance <br />Company concerning the former Oliver <br />Plow Works property. <br />Ms. Kolata noted that this is a very small <br />settlement. There is only one more <br />settlement to be concluded for the Oliver <br />property. <br />Upon motion by Mr. Downes, seconded by <br />Mr. Alford and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission Confidential Settlement <br />Agreement and Release with Affiliated FM <br />Insurance Company concerning the former <br />Oliver Plow Works property <br />D.
