3. The PG Binder used in surface mixture shall be PG 70-22. The PG Binder used <br />in base mixture shall be PG 64-22. <br />4. The maximum binder replacement for all suFfaee mixtures shall be 16% <br />all• intermediate and base courses shall be 25%. <br />5. All references to the MAF shall be deleted. <br />6. Longitudinal joint adhesive shall be applied between adjacent HMA Courses in <br />accordance with Section 401.15. <br />7. Only limestone will be allowed for the coarse aggregate. <br />8. The use of RAP or asphalt shingles will not be allowed. <br />9. Payment for HMA Surface will be made based upon neat lines at the thickness(s) <br />shown in Plans. <br />10.
