Resolved by the Board of Pudic 'i%forks of the City of South Bebd, Indiana: That the following described property be appropriated for the use of said City Beginning at the intersection of the north dine of Isishawaka, Avenue and the east line of Harriett Street produced Borth, thence north to the intersection of the east line of Harriett Street and the north right of gray line of the Grand Trunk %lestern Railroad, thence west eighty (80t) feet to the intersection of the west line of Harriett Street with the north right of way line of Grand Trunk Viestern Railroad, -0-hene south to the intersection of the, north line of I:`ishawaka. Avenue and the west line of Harriett Street produced north, thence east 80 feet to the place of beginning. The following described property may be injuriously or beneficially affected by such appropriation:- I Beginning on the north line of Mishawaka Avenue at a point two hundr�,-d (2001) feet east of the east lire of Harriett Street produced north, thence north to a point in the north right of v:ay line of the Grand Trunk '01estern Railroad, said point bein two hundred (2001) feet east of the east line of Harriett Street, thence west along said right of tray line a distance of four hundred eight (4801) feet, thence south to a pointl in the north line of 11ishawaka Avenue, said point being four hundred eighty (4801) feet; west of beginning, thence east four hundred eight (4801) feet to the place of beginning The purpose of such ay.propriation is the Opening of Harriett Street from Irishawaka, '-venue to north Righ7heof way line of Grand Trunk R.
