<br />for the opening of Elmer Street from North line of Marquette Heights Addition to Wilson
<br />Avenue as provided in improvement Resolution No. 87.
<br />In the above matter no remonstrators appeared nd no.written remon-
<br />strance war filed. The Board after hearing all parties interested, find that the
<br />property mentioned in said roll,' are-benefitted and damaged respectively asshown on
<br />said roll filed September 23rd.3, 1925 and said roll is hereby in all things ratified,
<br />confirmed and approvea, F.-c7 all action under, -Condemnation Resolution No. 48 is hereby

<br />he Board after hearing all interested parties present modified said roll by changing
<br />ssessment against Julianne C. Iwan to 534.29 and assessing the City of South Bena
<br />he sum of ,,166.15 for street intersections. The Board therefore find that the property
<br />ssessed in said roll filed November 4th., 1925 is benefitted in the amounts as shown on
<br />aid roll as modified, and the Board further find, that the assessment roll filed Nov.
<br />Ath., 1925 and the final estimate alloyed November 4th.,"1925 should be and the same are
<br />ereby in all things, ratified, confirm_d and approved as modified.
