VERMONT SYSTEMS, INC. SOFTWARE TRAINING & INSTALLATION AGREEMENT SOUTH BEND, IN. Vermont Systems, Inc. agrees to provide to the Customer, and the Customer agrees to accept, the software training and/or installation services which are listed below. Software Training and Installation Services can include any of the following: I. Education - VSI provides Customer Education Classes at its office at 12 Market Place, Essex Junction, VT, based on an hourly rate which, if scheduled, is listed below. Any reasonable number of students may attend the classes at no additional cost, provided space is available. 2. Training - VSI provides on -site training based on an hourly or daily rate which, if scheduled, is listed below. The total number of hours or days listed is an estimate only, since the Customer will ultimately determine the desired total. Any number of students may participate in the training, providing that adequate training space and equipment are available. 3. Installation Services - VSI also provides hardware and network operating system installation and setup services as an option. These services can include configuring the server at VSI, as well as the network on -site. The total number of days or hours are estimates only. 4. Out -of -Pocket Expenses - The Customer is responsible for reimbursing VSI for all reasonable expenses, such as travel, lodging, meals, and other expenses necessary to complete the training, as requested by the Customer. The total out-of-pocket expenses listed below is an estimate only. VSI will bill the Customer for the actual expenses. 5. The Customer agrees to the following training and/or installation services, along with the associated estimated hours: HOURS WHERE INSTALLATION SVCS HR/RATE TOTAL FEE 4 DAYS IN RecTrac Install/Train $ 480.00 $1,920.00 Estimated Total Expenses: $1,400.00 TOTAL INSTALLATION SERVICES: $ 3,320.00
