Infinity. Mobile is an award winning solution that <br />eliminates manual, paper -based processes through automated workflow. This solution enhances <br />communication between office staff and field service representatives thereby increasing productivity which <br />means faster and improved service for Pueblo Water customers. <br />Highlights of other features and functionality of the Advanced solution that Pueblo Water is taking <br />advantage of include: detailed aging and delinquency of customer accounts, integrated cut off list and <br />credit/verify list communication, detailed meter inventory capabilities, location and customer consumption <br />history, on demand reporting as well as being able to review and maintain all customer information from a <br />single screen. <br />Seth Clayton, Director of Administrative Services for Pueblo Water notes, "During out, procurement process, <br />Advanced was successful in separating themselves from the other vendors by being able to demonstrate that <br />their solutions meshed with out, goal of providing outstanding set -vice to our Customers.
