REGULAR MEETING December 11, 2017 Ms. Hockenhull replied, I believe it is AT&T. This being the time heretofore set for the Public Hearing on the above bill, proponents and opponents were given an opportunity to be heard. None from the public wished to speak in favor of or in opposition to this bill. Councilmember Oliver Davis made a motion to send Substitute Bill No. 81-17 to the full Council with a favorable recommendation. Councilmember Jo M. Broden seconded the motion which carried by a voice vote of nine (9) ayes. Councilmember Oliver Davis made a motion to send Bill No. 82-17 to the full Council with a favorable recommendation. REGULAR MEETING RECONVENED Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend reconvened in the Council Chambers on the fourth floor of the County-City building at 8:14 p.m. Council President Tim Scott presided with nine (9) members present. BILLS –THIRD READING BILL NO. 81-17 THIRD READING ON AN ORDINANCE OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR BUDGET TRANSFERS FOR VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS WITHIN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA FOR THE YEAR 2017. Councilmember Gavin Ferlic made a motion to amend Bill No. 81-17 as it was in Committee of the Whole. Councilmember Karen White seconded the motion which carried unanimously by a voice vote of nine (9) ayes. Councilmember Gavin Ferlic then made a motion to pass Bill No. 81- 17.
