M, The PS,R contains information including, but not limited to, product order date, COM ship date, product ship date, FIFA to the job site and installation date. PSRs are issued every three weeks or on a more frequent basis, as needed. Acknowledgements are confirmed for accuracy in product, pricing, model numbers, finishes and ship dates. We proactively advise the client/designer of solutions, to any problems or delays that may arise. We schedule all direct shipment trucks with the factory and building management. Shipments are tracked from the factory to the end -user's site and are evaluated upon receipt for freight damage or missing items. Beyond providing outstanding Account Executive services, RJE works to maintain long-lasting business relationships. With this in mind, we work closely with clients on on -going projects that are both large and small in scope. An RJE Account Executive's job is to be proactive and detail oriented. Project Management teams are present for all deliveries and supervise all installations. We review the installation schedule: with the client prior to delivery of furniture to ensure any areas that may need priority are attended to in that order. A kick-off meeting is held with the lead installer to review the project scope, installation schedule and RJE's expectations. We provide daily updates to the client and designer as to the progress of the installation. RJE Account Executives strive for a punch list -free project. Should any item be outstanding at the end of the installation, we provide our olient/designer with a copy of the punch, list including the expected date of completion.
