We work side -by - <br />side with the designer to find the right <br />product that meets the project aesthetic <br />and budget. <br />We develop a project furniture budget. <br />This budget is a living tool that helps the <br />Account Executive be proactive in assisting <br />the designer or client in keeping the project <br />on or under budget. <br />We work closely with manufacturers and <br />service providers to procure competitive <br />bids on product and/or services. <br />We develop a timeline with dates for <br />important decisions and actions in order <br />to keep the project on schedule. Such <br />deadlines can include:, but are not limited <br />to, drawing sign -off, deposit receipt, order <br />entry, production and', installation., <br />When the proposal is ready for submittal to <br />the client/designer, our Account Executive <br />meets with the client to review the proposal <br />and drawings to ensure the client/designer <br />knows exactly what is being priced and how <br />it will be ordered. <br />We confirm final specifications for <br />accurate model numbers, current pricing, <br />best possible discounting and establishing <br />any reserves for Customer's Own Materials <br />(COO). <br />ID On large projects, we work with the <br />manufacturers to reserve production space <br />so we can guarantee on -time shipment. <br />We provide floor plans and drawings for <br />designers and/or client sign -off to ensure <br />accurate layout. <br />We field measure the job site for all critical <br />dimensions. <br />We work closely with the architect in <br />locating floor cores, and electrical and! data <br />wall locations as they relate to the furniture. <br />We attend all, construction imeetings to learn <br />of any changes to construction that may <br />have an impact on the furniture, <br />including changes to the schedule, <br />partition layout or carpet schedule, <br />We coordinate furniture delivery .and <br />installation with the building management <br />and review building policies, delivery <br />access and freight elevators.
