A 01 Discovery& Concept The goal of Discovery 8 Concept is to understand the project in depth and to establish a shared vision for the anew experiential vehicle. To achieve this, the design team will facilitate a series of on -site meetings with key stakeholders and develop a Master Plan and Conceptual Design. 02 Design Development The Design Development phase collaboratively explores design directions, determining the best visitor experience that supports the vision of the VPA. This is an iterative phase that implements a side -by -side design method to ensure a collective, shared creative vision while keeping the project moving forward at a quick and consistent pace. Our approach centers around a working 3D model that represents decisions made in each design discipline and allows us to design in real-time with our clients and partners, 03 Final Design, In this phase, the concept evolves into a finalized, detailed design. At the conclusion of Final Design, we will have a comprehensive set of design documentation. This documentation will be the roadmap for production and will guide producers in fabricating and producing the vehicle as originally envisioned. 04 Production The production phase is when the design comes to life. During this phase the physical components are engineered, fabricated and pre -assembled in the shop, all media assets are produced to the level of final cut, AV systems are set up offsite for testing and all interactive software is developed. All work is reviewed during regular shop visits and approved by the client and design teams prior to production of final assets. 05 Installation &Tasting During the Installation and Testing phase, all prefabricated elements and casework are assembled on site, software is debugged and tested on site, media is tested and color calibrated for output and all front end and back end AV systems are assembled and installed on, site, tested and burned in. Regular site reviews ensure QA throughout this phase of work. The components will be documented and turned into a user manual for reference. When all components are installed, the -truck will go through a final round of rigorous testing prior to hand-off to VIDA. V EXPERIENCES 27 ZBUILT
