Running surface. <br />The Melonized surfaces shall have a predominance of single—phase <br />epsilon nitride. The nitride shall cover the entire cylinder surface. <br />This shall give the cylinder superior wear and corrosion resistance <br />and also shall have superior wear and fatigue properties. <br />The cylinder rod shall be cl 045/cl 050 steel with a tensile strength <br />M <br />
