The same to be done in accordance with the profiles, drawings, plans, general detail nd specifications of such improvement approved February 20, 1950 and to be adopted by th oard of Public Works' and Safety of the City of South Bend, immediately upon the final doption of this resolution, and placed on file in the office of the City Civil Engineer f Said City, and such improvement is now ordered. The total cost of said improvement, including all incidental costs such as advertis- 'ng, abstracting, inspection and engineering, shall be assessed upon the real estate abut 1 ing on said .ABOVE STREETS to be improved, all according to the method and manner provide • or in an Act of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana, entitled, "An Act Concern- 'ng Municipal Corporations' approved March 6th, 1905, and in accordance with and pursuant o the provisions of all amendatory and supplemental acts thereto, passed by the General Assembly of the State of Indiana.
