b. Develop a Preliminary Conceptual Design for the corridor, including sub - <br />alternatives where required. The conceptual design shall consist of a plan drawing <br />with up to 3 typical sections to convey the design intent. <br />c. Present Preliminary Conceptual Design to the LPA. <br />d. Upon authorization, incorporate revisions necessary to satisfy the LPA's review <br />and comment, and develop a Final Conceptual Design. <br />e. Present Final Conceptual Design to the LPA. <br />2. Final Landscape Design <br />a. Prepare Final Design and Plans utilizing the approved Final Conceptual Design. <br />b. Develop special provisions, compute quantities and prepare an estimate of <br />probable construction cost. <br />c. Attend Final Plan review meeting with the City. <br />d. Upon authorization, incorporate revisions necessary to satisfy the City's review <br />and comment, and develop Final Tracings. <br />XIX, Add Subsection II.T. Appendix "A" as follows: <br />T. The CONSULTANT shall perform all right of way activities in accordance with INDOT's and <br />FHWA's procedures as outlined in the INDOT - LPA Guidance Document, Chapter 9, Rev July <br />31, 2015, INDOT Right of Way Engineering Manual, current edition and iAC Title 865. <br />1. Obtain the last Deed of Record Report for each tax id for temporary right of way parcels. <br />2. Calculations to determine stations, offsets and placement on plans. <br />3. Provide descriptions for temporary easements for driveway construction or lawn <br />grading. Separate descriptions are required far each tax id. The descriptions shall be <br />prepared and certified by a land surveyor registered in the State of Indiana. <br />4. Parcel Plats are not required for temporary parcels. <br />5. Provide separate folder for each parcel including an applicable plan sheet. <br />6. An Appraisal Problem Analysis shall be prepared for each of the parcels. The Appraisal <br />Problem Analysis will be performed by an INDOT approved review appraiser for the <br />purpose of recommending the type, scope and fee of each appraisal to be prepared. <br />Each Appraisal Problem Analysis report shall be submitted to the LPA for approval. <br />XX. Add Subsection II.U. Appendix "A" as follows: <br />U. The CONSULTANT shall provide Bid Phase Services, design support to the Resident Project <br />Engineer (Construction Phase Office Services), as required, and as directed by the LPA. <br />1. Review the final construction documents distributed by INDOT for bidding purposes <br />including the Contract Information Book (Cie) for conformance with the CONSULTANT's <br />final tracing submittal. <br />2. Issue responses, as appropriate to interpret, clarify or expand the Bidding Documents <br />that are not directly related to an error or omission from the CONSULTANT. <br />3. Following award of contract(s), the CONSULTANT shall be responsible for attending the <br />Pre -Construction Meeting. <br />4. The CONSULTANT will meet at the project site with the LPA or Resident Project <br />Engineer, as required and as directed by the LPA, to assist in matters that may arise <br />during the construction of the project for the duration of construction. <br />7of13 <br />Supplemental Agreement No. 1 <br />
