A.C.T.I.O.N., INC. - IN KIND -VOUCHERS <br />In -kind vouchers as the cities contribution to A.C.T.I.O.N., Inc. were filed <br />with the Board for the Month of August. <br />KENSINGTON FARMS SEWER SERVICE <br />Communication from Place and Company regarding the understanding relative to <br />the City of South Bend supplying sewereservice to Lots 130 and 131 in the <br />Kensington Farms, Third Section, Part Two was received and filed and referred <br />to the City Epgineer. <br />PETITION TO PAVE ALLEY - C. R. ,LAYMAN <br />A petition to pave the alley between Hollywood Place and Inglewood Place from <br />Woodlawn to Oakwood was filed with the Board and referred to the City Engineer <br />for study and recommendations. <br />INSTALLATION OF ELEVATORS —PARKING STRUCTURES - Performance Bond <br />Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the performance bond of Westinghouse <br />Electric Corporation for installation of elevators in the Parking Structures <br />#1 and #2 was approved. <br />EXCAVATION BOND - continuation certificate of Harry Verkler to 8/24/70 was <br />upon motion made, seconded and carried approved by the Board. <br />EXCAVATION BOND - continuation certificate of Dave Kollar Plumbing & Heating <br />was upon motion made, seconded and carried, approved by the Board. <br />PETITION FOR STREET LIGHT -'HUEY BETWEEN ROGER AND LONGLEY <br />Petition of Mr. Edwin Jaroszewski for a street light to be located on Huey be- <br />tween Roger and Longley was filed with the Board and referred to the Engineering <br />Department for review and recommendation. <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS <br />Street light outage reports for 7/31/69 through 8/7/69 were received and filed. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting was ad- <br />journed at 12:40 P.M. <br />ATTES <br />Clerk <br />1 <br />1 <br />
