6/30/69 CITY ENGINEER'S RECOMMENDATION ORDER FOR PRELIMINARY PLANS PRELIMINARY PLANS FILED IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION ADOPTED NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3294, 1969 - ALLEY IN 200 BLOCK NOTRE DAME AVE. City Engineer recommends the petition of Joseph Rosenbaum for the improve- ment of the alley in the 200 block of N. Notre Dame Avenue, from Notre Dame to St. Peter Street, by constructing a Class C, Type 1 concrete pave- ment, be granted. And the Board directs -Clyde E. Williams I: Associates, Inc., consulting engineers, to prepare preliminary plans and estimates. And Clyde E. Williams & Associates, Inc., hereby submits preliminary plans, estimates and preliminary improvement resolution. Upon motion made, seconded and unanimously carried, the Board hereby adopts Resolution No. 3294, 1969, for said improvement to be made in C'^ accordance with the plans and specifications on file in the office of the Board of Public Works and Safety, and sucn improvement is now ordered. The Board sets July 23, 1969, at 7:30 P.M., as the time for receiving remonstrances and hearing all persons interested. And the Clerk is directed to give notice of such hearing by two weekly publications of t he time and place of hearing of this Resolution. CONTRACTORS' BONDS The following bontractors' bonds were approved and ordered filed: Eldon D. Snyder - expiring 6/26/70. Asphalt Coatings, Inc. - expiring 6/25/70. EXCAVAT ION, BONDS The following excavation bonds were approved and ordered filed: Arco Engineering Constr. Corp. - expiring 6/30/70. Herman F. Glaser (cont. Ctf.) - expiring 7/27/70. STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS Street light outage reports for the period 6/19/69 to 6/27/69 were ordered filed. There being no further business to come before the Board, the meeting ad- journed at 12:30 P.M. AT EST. � v � Clerk
