Taylor, City Engineer, files assessment roll showing award of damages and assessment of benefits, in Vacation Resolution No. 3292, being for the vacation of: Those portions of Illinois, Wellington,.Kenmore and Falcon Streets, between Westmore Street on the south and Prast Boulevard on the north, more particularly described as follows: Illinois Street. Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 177; thence on a southerly. line S74.72 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 177; thence on an easterly line 60 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 178; thence on a northerly lire 574.05 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 178; thence on a westerly line 60 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 177. Wellington Street. Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 178; thence on a southerly line 570.99 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 1781 thence on an easterly line 60 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 179; thence on a northerly line 570.32 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 179; thence on a westerly line 60 feet to the northeast corner of Lot 178. In the above named assessment roll, the Board will meet in the City Hall at 9:30 A.M., on the 4th day of August; 1969, for the purpose of hearing and receiving remonstrances from all persons interested in or affected by said vacation, and the Board orders that notice of hearing, to- gether with the amount of damages awarded and benefits assessed be addressed to the property owners by publishing same on thelith day of July, the 18th day of July and the 25th day of July, 1969, in the South Bend Tribune and the Tri County News.
