6/9/69 5 FINAL CONFIRMATION OF IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTIONS PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS ADOPTED NOTICE OF HEARING IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3260 (AMENDED) - being for the improve- ment of 33rd Street, from Pleasant Street to Northside'Boulevard, by constructing a Class C pavement with curb repair. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION N0. 3258 (AMENDED) being for the improvement of Hartman Drive, from Rosemary Lane to dead end, by constructing a Class C pavement with curbs. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3263 (AMENDED) - being for the improve- ment of 35th Street, from Jefferson Boulevard to the Railroad south of Jefferson Boulevard, by constructing a Class C pavement with curb repair. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3265 (AMENDED) - being for the improvement of Clyde Street, from Donald Street to Calvert, by constructing a Class C pavement with curb repair. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3266 (AMENDED) - being for the improvement �. of Sancome Avenue, from LaPorte to Lincolnway West, by constructing a Class C pavement with curb repair. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3267 (AMENDED) - being for the improvement of West Calvert Street, from Pulaski to Brookfield, by constructing a Class C pavement with curb repair. IMPROVEMENT RESOLUTION NO. 3268 (AMENDED) - being for the improvement of Walsh Street, from Chalfant Street to Sorin Street, by constructing a Class C pavement. No remonstrances against said improvements having been filed within the 10 day period following the date and time of hearing on said improvements, BE IT THEREFORE RESOLVED that said above Improvement Resolutions, heretofore adopted and confirmed May 28, 1969, be, and the same are, in all things finally confirmed and the improvements hereby ordered made. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the plans and specifications as amended May 5, 1969, be, and the same are, hereby adopted and ordered place on file in the office of the Board of Public Works and Safety. And the Board fixes 10:00 A.M. on June 23, 1969, as the time for receiving bids for the construction of said improvements. And the Clerk is directed to give notice by two weekly publications. STREET SIGNS APPROVED Upon motion made, seconded and carried, the Board approved the recommenda- tion of the Traffic Engineer for installation of street signs as follows: "STOP" sign and post on Bowman at Main /Street. "STOP" sign and post on Donald At Main Street. Install "TWO HOUR TIME LIMIT" signs with appropriate arrows to regulate parking at 521 and 527 W. Colfax. CONTRACTORS' BONDS I Contractor's bond on behalf of Leroy Cobb to 6/6/70 and contractor's bond on behalf of Joe Rappelli to 6/6/70 were approved by the Board. EXCAVATION BOND Certificate continuing excavation bond on behalf of Charles D. Nettrour to I/l/70 was approved by the Board. I
