The Engineer. -.,was directed to.see that the proper bids are presented. CLAIM FOR FIRE PROTECTION AT ST. JOSEPH COUNTY AIRPORT A claim was approved for fire protection at the St. Joseph County Airport, and upon motion made, seconded and carried was directed sent to the City Controller for payment. PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR NORTHEAST NEIGHBOORHOOD CODE Plans and Specifications for the Northeast Neighborhood Code En- forcement E-3 were presented by the City Engineer, and, upon motion made, seconded and carried, were approved by the Board. REQUEST TO HOLD PARADE - CHET WAGGONER LITTLE LEAGUE A report being submitted by the Traffic Engineering Department stating there is no objection to the parade route given in the request for the Chet Waggoner Little League Parade on May 20, 1972 provided traffic laws are obeyed, police department escort is utilized and the city is indemnified and made safe from liability, the Board now, upon motion made, seconded and carried grants per- mission for the requested parade. REQUEST TO HOLD PARADE - HAMMES LITTLE LEAGUE A report being submitted by the Traffic Engineering Department stating there is no objection to the parade route given in the request for the Hammes Little League Parade on June 3, 1972 at 12:00 noon provided traffic laws are obeyed, police department escort is utilized and the city is indemnified and made safe from liability, the Board now, upon mot#on made, seconded and carried, grants permission for the requested parade. REQUEST FROM PUBLIC LIBRARY A letter was received from the South Bend Public Library as fhg for permission to change the location of the Library's curbside book return boxes from the -east -west alley intersection south of the -Library to a site in front of the Library on West Wayne Street, when the street becomes a one-way street.
