The Engineer. -.,was directed to.see that <br />the proper bids are presented. <br />CLAIM FOR FIRE PROTECTION AT ST. JOSEPH COUNTY AIRPORT <br />A claim was approved for fire protection at the St. Joseph County <br />Airport, and upon motion made, seconded and carried was directed <br />sent to the City Controller for payment. <br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR NORTHEAST NEIGHBOORHOOD CODE <br />Plans and Specifications for the Northeast Neighborhood Code En- <br />forcement E-3 were presented by the City Engineer, and, upon <br />motion made, seconded and carried, were approved by the Board. <br />REQUEST TO HOLD PARADE - CHET WAGGONER LITTLE LEAGUE <br />A report being submitted by the Traffic Engineering Department <br />stating there is no objection to the parade route given in the <br />request for the Chet Waggoner Little League Parade on May 20, 1972 <br />provided traffic laws are obeyed, police department escort is <br />utilized and the city is indemnified and made safe from liability, <br />the Board now, upon motion made, seconded and carried grants per- <br />mission for the requested parade. <br />REQUEST TO HOLD PARADE - HAMMES LITTLE LEAGUE <br />A report being submitted by the Traffic Engineering Department <br />stating there is no objection to the parade route given in the <br />request for the Hammes Little League Parade on June 3, 1972 at <br />12:00 noon provided traffic laws are obeyed, police department <br />escort is utilized and the city is indemnified and made safe <br />from liability, the Board now, upon mot#on made, seconded and <br />carried, grants permission for the requested parade. <br />REQUEST FROM PUBLIC LIBRARY <br />A letter was received from the South Bend Public Library as fhg <br />for permission to change the location of the Library's curbside <br />book return boxes from the -east -west alley intersection south <br />of the -Library to a site in front of the Library on West Wayne <br />Street, when the street becomes a one-way street.
