Cybulski Contractor's Bond to 4/21/73, <br />Hickey Construction Continuation Cert. to 12/31/72 <br />T. W. Miller, Sr. Verification Cert. to 4/17/73 <br />Creed's Excavating Co. Excavation Bond to 4/20/73 <br />Robert 0. Baughman Electrician's Bond to 4/23/73 <br />STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORTS FILED <br />Street Light Outage Reports for the period 4/11/72 to 4/20/72 were <br />ordered filed with the Board. <br />LETTER FROM REITH-RILEY CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. <br />A letter from Reith-Riley Construction Co., Inc., was filed with the <br />Board. This letter outlines to the Board that Reith-Riley, by mutual <br />agreement with Parkway Asphalt, Inc., has agreed to complete,certain <br />Parkway Asphalt contracts, including furnishing asphaltic concrete <br />surface materials to the City of South Bend at the unit bid price of <br />$7.45 per ton, and monies due for materials furnished should be paid <br />to Reith-Riley Construction Co., -Inc. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon motion <br />made, seconded and carried,,the meeting adjourned at 10:45 A.M. <br />4 z <br />Charles A.
