REGULAR MEETING
JANUARY 26, 1976
BOND APPROVED
Ray S. Andrysiak, Bureau of Engineering, reported to the Board
that a Contractor's Bond received from Tom Davis had been properly
executed and could be approved to 1/21/77. Upon motion made by
Mr. Farrand, seconded by Mr. Brunner and carried, the request was
referred to the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting for review and
recommendation.
FILING OF LETTER TO FIRS. MARTHA LADERER RE: WIDENER LANE SEWERS
Mr. Farrand submitted to the Board a copy of a letter he sent
to Mrs. Martha Laderer, 501 E. Widener Lane, in response to her
comment at the public hearing held on the Widener Lane Sewer.Project
that no tee was placed in front of her property. The letter
indicated that Mr. Farrand had confirmed that no tee was put in,
and that each property owner was assessed $100 when a tee was
installed. Mrs. Laderer was advised that at such time as she
wished to connect to the sewer, she could contact the Engineering
Office and the location of the tap would be established. At that
time, Mrs. Laderer would be asked to pay the $100 cost that would
have been assessed if the tee had been included in the original
project. Upon motion made by Mr. Farrand, seconded by Mr. Mullen
and carried, the letter was ordered filed.
There being no further business to come before the Board, upon
motion made by Mr. Farrand, seconded by Mr. Mullen and carried,
the meeting adjourned at 11:15 a.m.
G.
.ollin E.
