REGULAR MEETING <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by <br />carried, the following <br />the Bureau of Traffic <br />REVISE TO STOP SIGN <br />REVISE TO STOP SIG14 <br />INSTALL STOP SIGN - <br />AUGUST 30, 1982 <br />Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and <br />traffic control devices as recommended by <br />and Lighting were approved: <br />- On Frances at St Vincent. <br />- On St. Peter at St. Vincent. <br />On Frances at Corby. <br />FILE ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS <br />A list containing 159 lots ordered cleaned by the Director of <br />the Neighborhood Code Enforcement Office was submitted. It was <br />noted that property owners had been advised to clean up the lots <br />and had failed to do so. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the environmental list was filed. <br />APPROVAL OF CONTRACTOR'S BOND - WILLIAM J. SUSKI <br />Mr. Ray Andrysiak recommended approval of the Contractor's Bond <br />of William J. Suski retroactive to August 26, 1982. Upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and carried, <br />the Contractor's Bond was approved as recommended. <br />APPROVE HANDICAPPED PARKING PERMITS <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Kernan, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and <br />carried, the following handicapped parking permits were approved <br />and referred to the Deputy Controller's Office for issuance: <br />Frances Czarnecki, 57359 Alan Road, S.B. <br />Jack D. Markin, 55568 Grandview, S.B. <br />John Fenters, 19603 Sunset, S.B. <br />James 0. Borton, 63675 Primrose, North Liberty <br />FILING OF STREET LIGHT OUTAGE REPORT <br />The report indicated a total of four outages for the period of <br />August 12 through August 18, 1982. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and carried, the report <br />was filed. <br />APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br />Mr. Elroy J. Kelzenberg, Director of the Michiana Area CETA <br />Consortium, submitted purchase orders totalling 47 and recommended <br />approval. Chief Deputy Controller Sherrie L. Petz submitted Claim <br />Docket No. 16228 through No. 16693 and recommended approval. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Hill and <br />carried, the reports were filed and the claims approved. <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon <br />a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mr. Kernan and <br />carried, the meeting was adjourned at 10:45 a.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />Barbara J.
