REGULAR MEETING JUNE 24, 1985 1984 project in the NHS targeted area in the vicinity of Corby Street. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Barnard and carried, the above request was approved. APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH COLE ASSOCIATES, INC. - RIVERSIDE DRIVE, KELLER PARK SANITARY SEWER AND LIFT STATION Mr. Leszczynski advised that Cole Associates, Inc., has submitted an Agreement for the design of the Riverside Drive, Keller Park Sanitary Sewer and Lift Station in the amount of $20,350.00. He further advised that the sanitary sewer and lift station will be constructed in an area that currently does not have a sanitary sewer, said construction mandated by the St. Joseph County Health Department. Upon a motion made by Ms. Barnard, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the above referred to Agreement was approved and executed. REQUEST TO LOCATE TEMPORARY TRAILER AT 1612 ROBINSON REFERRED In a letter to the Board, Mr. Mel Whittaker, 1707 Caroline Street, South Bend, Indiana, requested permission to place an eight foot (81) by ten (101) foot temporary trailer at 1612 Robinson Street, South Bend, Indiana. Mr. Whittaker submitted with his request permission from the property owner to locate his trailer on the above referred to property. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Barnard and carried, the above request was referred to the Building Department, Fire Department and Engineering Department for review and recommendation. APPROVE LICENSE APPLICATIONS - OPEN AIR STANDS Mr. Leszczynski advised that the following license applications have been received: 1. Bend 4615 Miami Road 6/21/85 - 7/4/85 Selling fireworks C & O Christian Church Ray Newlin 141 N. 500 West, Valparaiso, - 1621 South Bend Avenue - 1900 L.W.E. - Rt. 20 & Bendix Drive - Corner Miami & Ireland Rd. 6/21/85 - 7/8/85 Selling fireworks Mr. Leszczynski further advised that favorable recommendations have been received from the Police Department, Department of Code Enforcement, and the Bureau of Traffic and Lighting for the above applications. Additionally provided with the applications were letters of permission from owners of the property on which the stands will be located. Upon a motion made by Ms. Barnard, seconded by Mr. Leszczynski and carried, the above license applications were approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's office for issuance of permits. Further, upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Barnard and carried, the following license applications were approved subject to favorable recommendations being received from the Police Department Records Division:
