This is the only change in this <br />ADDENDUM III <br />CENTER CITY ASSOCIATES <br />SBCDA COMMERCIAL REVOLVING LOAN FUND <br />Addendum III extends the Contract until June 30, 1988 and <br />decreases the Contract amount by $20,005.00 which is the <br />amount unobligated by December 31, 1987. The Addendum also <br />clarifies special conditions, provisions, program income and <br />historic preservation. <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Humphreys, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, the above referred to Contract and Addenda were <br />approved and executed. <br />ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 5-1988 - DISPOSAL OF EQUIPMENT (POLICE <br />DEPARTMENT) <br />Mr. Leszczynski informed the Board that Police Chief Charles T. <br />Hurley has advised that the Police Department has recently <br />purchased a new, state of the art fingerprint comparator for use <br />in the police laboratory. Therefore, he is requesting that the <br />Board declare obsolete the old model FXBA fingerprint comparator, <br />which was purchased in December of 1981 that is of no further use <br />to the Department. <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq <br />and carried, the following Resolution No. 5-1988 declaring the <br />above referred to equipment obsolete was adopted: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 5-1988 <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined by the Board of Public <br />Works that the following Police Department equipment is no longer <br />needed by the City of South Bend: <br />Fingerprint Comparator <br />Sirchie FXBA <br />WHEREAS, Indiana Code 36-1-11-6 permits and establishes <br />procedure for disposal of personal property which is no longer <br />needed by the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Public Works <br />of the City of South Bend that the equipment listed above is no <br />longer needed by the City and has an estimated value of less than <br />$500.00. <br />77 <br />Lj <br />1 <br />
