233 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />AUGUST 7, 1989 <br />in violation of Section 20-7 of the South Bend Municipal Code. <br />Such a violation shall carry a fine as provided for by Section <br />20-18 of the South Bend Municipal Code. <br />6.
