236 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />AUGUST -7 , 1989 <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. DeClercq <br />and carried, the following two (2) traffic control devices were <br />approved: <br />1. REMOVAL: <br />LOCATION: <br />REMARKS: <br />2. REMOVAL: <br />LOCATION: <br />REMARKS: <br />Yield Sign <br />Lafayette & Riverside <br />Revised to Stop Sign <br />2 Hr. Parking 6AM-6PM <br />808 Ashland <br />Business Closed <br />APPROVE EXCAVATION BOND <br />Mr. Michael P. Meeks, Director, Division of Engineering, has <br />advised that he has reviewed the Excavation Bond for LeRoy <br />Nettrouer, Chuck & Sons Plumbing & Heating Company and recommend <br />that it be approved, effective August 7, 1989. Upon a motion <br />made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and carried, the <br />above Excavation Bond was approved. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />A report from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating a <br />total of forty-one (412) properties cleaned from July 24, 1989 to. <br />July 27, 1989, was submitted. Upon a motion made by Mr. <br />Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the report as <br />submitted was filed. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Juan Manigault, Executive Director, St. Joseph County Job <br />Training Program, submitted a list containing <br />one -hundred -thirty-two (132) claims, Chief Deputy Controller <br />John D. Leisenring, submitted Claim Docket Nos. 12470 through <br />12642, Voucher Nos. 609 through 652 for the Bureau of Wastewater, <br />Voucher Nos. 456 through 492 for the Bureau of Sewers and Voucher <br />No. 43 for the Bureau of Solid Waste, were submitted for <br />approval. Upon a motion made by Ms. Humphreys, seconded by Mrs. <br />DeClercq and carried, the claims were approved and the reports <br />filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 9:55 a.m. <br />ATTEST: <br />�n _ r ✓. / f <br />�-Cea✓ <br />Patric .a E.
