Dudeck <br />QUOTATION: $20,190.00 <br />Upon a motion made by Ms. Maradik, seconded by Mr. Relos and carried, the above quotations <br />were referred to Engineering and Community Investment for review and recommendation. <br />APPROVE PROCESSION — TURKEY TROT <br />Mr. Gilot acknowledged the presence of Police Officers and the public and suggested moving to <br />the review of the above procession that they were all in attendance for. He stated Ms. Donna <br />Golob submitted an application to hold the Turkey Trot procession on behalf of A Positive <br />Approach to Teen Health, on Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 2016 from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 <br />a.m. Mr. Gilot noted the Police and Traffic and Lighting gave unfavorable recommendations for <br />the event and Engineering recommended they find an alternate route and stay on the sidewalks. <br />Mr. Lee Ross, Career Academy, stated they ran this event last year with the help of four (4) St. <br />Joseph county officers and one (1) private ambulance standing by. He said there was no snow <br />and no issues with the event, adding they had about 500 rummers. He explained the route only <br />
