247 <br />1 <br />REGULAR MEETING <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />AUGUST 13, 1990 <br />Mr. Juan Manigault, Executive Director, Employment and Training <br />Services of St. Joseph County, submitted a list containing <br />seventy-four (74) claims and recommended approval. <br />Additionally, Chief Deputy Controller John D. Leisenring <br />submitted Claim Docket Nos. 12094 through 12331 as well as Nos. <br />12334 through 12588 and recommended approval. <br />Also, Voucher Nos. 652-688 for the Bureau of Wastewater, Voucher <br />Nos. 517-548 for the Bureau of Sewers and Voucher Nos. 38-40 for <br />the Bureau of Solid Waste were submitted for approval. Upon a <br />motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. Humphreys and <br />carried, the claims and vouchers were approved and the reports as <br />submitted were filed. <br />PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR: <br />COMMENTS BY DIRECTOR, ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES <br />Mr. Jack Dillon, Director, Environmental Services, was present <br />and introduced to the Board Ms. Megan Wright, who is the new <br />pretreatment coordinator at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. <br />Mr. Dillon also advised the Board of the recent death of a long <br />time City employee Mr. Frank Vargo who recently retired from the <br />Wastewater Treatment Plant in March of this year. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come before <br />motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. <br />carried, the meeting adjourned at 10:10 a.m. <br />2ATTT:,,,, <br />Sandra M.
