REGULAR MEETING <br />JUNE 11. 1990 <br />notified. Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClercq, seconded by Ms. <br />Humphreys and carried, the above request was approved and a date <br />of June 25, 1990, was established for the receiving and opening <br />of sealed bids. <br />APPROVE REQUEST TO ADVERTISE FOR THE RECEIPT OF BIDS - BOX OFFICE <br />AND ADMINISTRATIVE COMPUTER SYSTEM - MORRIS CIVIC AUDITORIUM <br />Mr. Dale E. Balsbaugh, Theatre Director, Morris Civic Auditorium, <br />211 North Michigan Street, South Bend, Indiana, requested that <br />the Board advertise for the receipt of bids for a box office and <br />administrative computer system for the Morris Civic Auditorium. <br />Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the request be approved. Ms. <br />Humphreys seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE RE( <br />REMOVAL - I <br />',ST TO ADVERTISI <br />MICHIGAN STREET <br />tECEIPT OF BIDS - ASBESTOS <br />Ms. Ann E. Kolata, Director, Redevelopment Commission, advised <br />the Board that it has been brought to the attention of the <br />Commission, as owners of the property at 128 South Michigan <br />Street, that there is some asbestos in the building which needs <br />to be removed. Therefore, the Redevelopment Commission <br />respectfully requests the Board of Public Works to oversee the <br />bidding process and the asbestos removal for the property located <br />at 128 South Michigan Street. Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that <br />the request be approved.
