Limitations <br />1. Invert measurements made on storm and sanitary structures will be made from above <br />ground only, utilizing methods that do not require confined space entry apparatus, such as <br />ventilation and extraction equipment. <br />2. Utility lines will be shown based upon field evidence located during our field <br />investigation and per plans and markings provided by the owner, utility companies, or <br />their representatives. We cannot certify that all utilities required are available. <br />A 1.02 Coordination and Pre -Engineering: <br />A. Coordinate and participate in up to 2 conference calls with the City of South Bend and the <br />developer team to identify the goals and requirements to be accomplished in the utility relocation <br />design. <br />B. Coordinate and participate in up to three (3) utility coordination meeting to discuss the proposed <br />utility relocation efforts for the affected utility companies and/or departments. <br />C. Utilize the proposed apartment development site plan, provided by others, to overlay onto the <br />existing Coveleski Park existing base files in order to create a utility relocation concept. <br />D. Develop an order -of -magnitude cost estimate based off of the utility relocation concept. <br />E. Present the utility relocation concept and cost estimate to the City of South Bend. <br />F. The engineer will coordinate with American Electric Power to relocate the electrical service <br />coming into Four Winds Field east of the Team Store and behind the Tiki Hut. <br />G. The engineer will coordinate with AT&T local and long distance departments to identify the <br />location of the AT&T service lines and potential conflicts. <br />A1.03 Design Development: <br />A. Based upon feedback from the utility relocation concept, the engineer will develop design <br />development plans, details and specifications. <br />B. The engineer will submit the development plans, details and specificaitions for review and <br />coordination with the City of South Bend and the developer. <br />C. The engineer will attend a meeting with the City to review the comments and feedback. <br />A1.04 Construction Documents: <br />A. JPR will develop construction documents including plans and specifications based on input form <br />the design development drawings review. The plans will include: <br />1. Demolition <br />2. Erosion control <br />3. Plan and profile depicting utility and layout information <br />4. Grading <br />5.
