REGULAR MEETING JANUARY 2, 1990 <br />0 <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />the Department, that the low bid will not be the only determining <br />factor for the selection of a vendor and for bid award and that <br />all autos must be new cars as rentals or demonstrators will not <br />be accepted. He further noted that any exceptions to the <br />specifications must be noted by the dealer at the time of <br />bidding, that all units shall be American made automobiles and <br />that vendors will be required to submit bids stating the full <br />purchase price without trade-ins. <br />Therefore, Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the request be <br />approved. Ms. Humphreys seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE REQUEST OF ST. JOE VALLEY CHAPTER KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS TO <br />CONDUCT "MARCH FOR LIFE" - JANUARY 21, 1990 <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the appropriate City departments and <br />bureaus have reviewed the above referred to request which was <br />submitted to the Board on December 11, 1989 and approval is <br />recommended at this time. Mrs. DeClercq therefore made a motion <br />that the recommendation be accepted and the request be approved. <br />Ms. Humphreys seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Ms. Humphreys <br />and carried, the following six (6) traffic control devices were <br />approved: <br />1.
