REGULAR MEETING <br />MARCH 4, 1991 <br />1 <br />In conclusion, Mr. Turza was assured that MEANWHILE.... was not <br />going to receive free parking but as requested, the parking <br />garages would remain open extended hours on March 6-7, 1991 but <br />that patrons would be charged the prevailing acceptable rate. <br />FILING OF ENVIRONMENTAL CLEAN-UP OF LOTS REPORT <br />Mr. Leszczynski advised that the Board is in receipt of two (2) <br />lists from the Department of Code Enforcement indicating that <br />fifty-six (56) properties were cleaned from February 19, 1991 and <br />February 22, 1991 and that fifteen (15) City Owned/Miscellaneous <br />properties were cleaned from February 19, 1991 to February 22, <br />1991. Mrs. DeClercq made a motion that the lists as submitted be <br />filed. Mr. Leszczynski seconded the motion which carried. <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Juan Manigault, Executive Director, Employment Training <br />Services of St. Joseph County, submitted a list containing one <br />hundred thirty-eight (138) claims and recommended approval. <br />Additionally, Chief Deputy Controller John D. Leisenring, <br />submitted Claim Docket No. 2340 through Claim Docket No. 2605 <br />and recommended approval. Upon a motion made by Ms. Humphreys, <br />seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and carried, the claims were approved <br />and the reports as submitted were filed. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />There being <br />motion made <br />carried, the <br />no further business to come before the Board, upon a <br />by Ms. Humphreys, seconded by Mrs. DeClercq and <br />meeting adjourned at 9:50 a.m. <br />AT T: <br />" �lU <br />Sandra M.
