REGULAR MEETING <br />OCTOBER 25,,1993 <br />FILING OF HUMANE SOCIETY MONTHLY REPORT - SEPTEMBER <br />Mr. Leszczynski indicated that the Board is in receipt of a <br />monthly report as submitted by the Humane Society of St. Joseph <br />County, Inc., for the month of September,_ 1993. The report <br />indicates the type and number of animals handled for the City of <br />South Bend. Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the report be <br />.accepted for filing as submitted. Mr. Caldwell seconded the <br />motion which carried. <br />FILING OF CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. Manier and <br />carried, the following Certificate of Insurance was accepted for <br />filing: <br />1. Salyers Golf Course Construction, Inc. <br />P.O. Box 1065 <br />Sunbury, Ohio 43074 <br />APPROVE CLAIMS <br />Mr. Kevin Horton, City Controller, submitted claims in the amount <br />of $1,469,023.35 and recommendea approval. Additionally, Mr. Juan <br />Manigault, Executive Director, WDS of Northern Indiana, submitted <br />a list containing claims in the amount of $136,285.25 and <br />recommended approval. Mr. Caldwell made a motion that the claims <br />be approved and the reports as submitted be filed.
