FAVORABLE RECOMMENDATION - PETITION TO VACATE TWO ALLEYS Mr. Leszczynski indicated that the Common Council has submitted to the Board a Vacation Petition as completed by Mr. Dick Rohde, South Bend Transportation Corporation, 901 Northside Boulevard, Bend, Indiana, to vacate the following alleys: A north/south alley bounded by West South Street on the north and the railroad on the south. Also a east/west alley bounded by Main Street on the west and Michigan Street on the east: part situated in Martin and Tutt Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana. and The first and second east/west alley north of E. Pennsylvania Avenue from the east right-of- way line of S. Fellows Street to the west right-of-way line of S. Rush Street each being a width of approximately 16 feet and a length of approximately 415.17 feet. Also the first north/south alley east of S. Fellows Street from the south right-of-way line of E. Wenger Street to the north right-of-way line of E. Pennsylvania Avenue for a width of approximately 14 feet and a length of approximately 384 feet, excluding the portion that intersects with the east/west alleys. Part situated in Wenger's Fifth Addition to the City of South Bend.
