PARENT D/B/A SUNRISE PROMOTIONS INC. <br />Mr. Le zczynski advised that this was the date set for the Board's <br />Publics <br />regarding the application for a Transient Merchants <br />license for Marilyn G. Parent, d/b/a Sunrise Promotions, inc., <br />1317 Roelke Drive, South Bend, Indiana. It is noted that Ms. <br />ParenUique <br />as applied for this license in order to conduct the South <br />Bend Mart at the St. Joseph County 4-H Fairgrounds, on <br />Sunday, June 19, 1994 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. <br />Ms. Pa-ent was present and informed members of the Board that she <br />has been conducting this type of antique show for the last fifteen <br />(15) years. Ms. Parent noted that one hundred and fifty (150) <br />dealer will participate in this particular show. This is not a <br />flee market but an antique show. <br />There being no one else present wishing to address the Board <br />concer ing this matter and no written Memorandum in support of or <br />in opp sition to the issuance of the license being received, Mr. <br />Leszcz�nski closed the Public Hearing on this matter. <br />It is noted that the Board is in receipt of favorable <br />recommendations concerning this license application from the <br />Police Department and the Building Department. <br />Therefore, Mrs. Manier made a motion that the application be <br />approved and referred to the Deputy Controller's office for <br />issuance of a license.
