<br />Inc. is subject to the obligation of the South Bend Redevelopment Commission to assume financial
<br />responsibility for the removal of the structures currently situated upon Parcels I, II, IV, V, VI and
<br />VIII of the Real Property.
<br />3. That the Mayor of the City of South Bend and the South Bend City Clerk shall be,
<br />and hereby are, authorized, respectively, to execute and attest to the execution of a quitclaim deed
