REGULAR MEETING APRIL 10; 1995 ADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 21-1995 - TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY TO THE SOUTH BEND HERITAGE FOUNDATION Upon a motion made by Mr. Caldwell, seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the following Resolution was adopted: RESOLUTION No. 21-1995 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND INDIANA APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY TO THE SOUTH BEND HERITAGE FOUNDATION INC. WHEREAS, the City of South Bend, Indiana (the "City") is the owner of the following described real property situated in St. Joseph County, Indiana: Parcel I: Lot Numbered One Hundred (100) as shown on the recorded Plat of Wengers Fifth Addition to the City of South Bend, recorded June 17, 1892 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book 6, page 21. Commonly known as 1214 South Fellows Street, South Bend. Key No. 18-7022-0851. Parcel II: Lot Numbered One Hundred One (101) as shown on the recorded Plat of Martin L. Wenger's Fifth Addition, recorded June 17, 1892 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book 6, page 21. Commonly known as 508 E. Pennsylvania, South Bend. Key No. 18-7023- 0895. Parcel III: Lot Numbered One Hundred Five (105) as shown on the recorded Plat of Martin L. Wenger's Fifth Addition to the City of South Bend, St. Joseph County, Indiana, recorded June 17, 1892 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book 6, page 21. Key No. 18-7023-0889. Parcel IV: A part of Lot Numbered One Hundred Four (104) as shown on the recorded Plat of Martin L. Wenger's Fifth Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, which part is bounded by a line as follows, viz: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot thence -running South on the East line thereof a distance of 66 feet; thence West parallel with the North line of said Lot, 47 feet; thence North on a line parallel with the West line of said Lot, 66 feet to the South line of Wenger Street in said City; thence East on said South line 47 feet to the place of beginning.
