<br />Wenger's Fifth Addition to the City of South Bend, Indiana, recorded June 17,
<br />1892 in the Office of the Recorder of St. Joseph County, Indiana, in Plat Book
<br />6, page 21. Key No. 18-7023-0894.
<br />for the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), shall be, and hereby is, accepted.
<br />2. That the acceptance of the conveyance of the Real Property from the Commission is
<br />conditioned upon the agreement of the Commission to accept financial responsibility for the removal
<br />of the structures situated on Parcels I, II, IV, V, Vi and VIII of the Real Property.
<br />3. That upon receipt of a fully executed quitclaim deed to the Real Property from the
<br />Commission, the Clerk of the Board is hereby authorized and directed to pay to the Commission,
<br />on behalf of the Board, the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and to cause the recording of said quitclaim
<br />deed.
<br />4. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon its adoption.
