REGULAR MEETING MAY 20, 1996 <br />Wyatt, Indiana 46595 <br />Therefore, upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the <br />Wastewater Discharge Permit was approved. <br />APPROVAL OF DEED OF DEDICATION <br />Mr. Leszczynski stated that a Deed of Dedication has been submitted by Steve Leopold and Emma <br />Lou Leopold, and Eugene Hancs and Doris Hancs, for use as public right-of-way, to the City of <br />South Bend in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, an <br />additional ten (10) feet R/W west side of Locust Road, more particularly described on the Dedication <br />as recorded by the St. Joseph County Recorder's Office. Upon a motion made by Mr. Leszczynski, <br />seconded by Mrs. Manier and carried, the Deed of Dedication was approved. <br />APPROVE CONTRACTOR BOND <br />Mr. Larry D. Spradlin, Sr., Engineer, Division of Engineering, recommended that the following <br />Contractor Bond be approved as follows: <br />BOND OF CONTRACTOR <br />Ron Willis Approved Effective May 20, 1996 <br />Mr. Leszczynski made a motion that the recommendation be accepted and that the Bond be approved <br />as outlined above.
