With a proven record of successful signal modernization <br />projects across Indiana, UNITED CONSULTING brings a blend of technical expertise, <br />stakeholder collaboration, and strategic planning to ensure the project's success. <br />The following three key objectives define our approach and set the stage for a <br />successful partnership: <br />Proven Leadership by Heather Kilgour, PE <br />Heather Kilgour, PE, will serve as Project Manager, bringing extensive experience in <br />the design and modernization of over 65 signalized intersections throughout Indiana. <br />Heather's leadership ensures a proactive, detail -oriented approach, leveraging her <br />deep understanding of both technical requirements and stakeholder priorities. Her <br />commitment to collaboration and tailored solutions will be instrumental in guiding the <br />project from concept to completion. <br />Stakeholder -Driven System Selection <br />Our approach prioritizes early and ongoing engagement with all key stakeholders, <br />including city officials, INDOT, FHWA, and regional planning organizations. By <br />understanding the unique perspectives and operational needs of each group, we will <br />facilitate consensus and ensure the selected central system delivers maximum value <br />and buy -in for the City of South Bend. <br />Cost -Effective Modernization and <br />Risk Mitigation <br />We combine field -based assessments with industry best practices to identify <br />opportunities for cost savings, such as retaining compliant existing equipment and <br />integrating new technologies where they provide the greatest benefit.
