McBride Dear Common Council Members: Third District Troy Warner As you all know, there has been much discussion about underutilized school Fourth District buildings and what should be done with them. This proposed resolution urges the City and the South Bend Community School Corporation to enter into Eli Wax negotiations for the use of underutilized school buildings for community Fiftli District classes, meetings, and athletic activities. Such uses by South Bend residents Sheila Niezgodski would benefit them by providing facilities and also may result in the reduction Sixth District of crime in the neighborhoods. Karen I,.
